Here's how the 33 wealthy parents have pleaded in the college admissions scam

The cases of the 33 parents have sharply diverged since then.
Thirteen parents, including actress Felicity Huffman, have already agreed to plead guilty in the case. Another 19 of the parents, including actress Lori Loughlin and her husband, fashion designer Mossimo Giannulli, are fighting charges of conspiracy to commit fraud and conspiracy to commit money laundering. Still another is working to finalize his plea.
Here's a look at how their cases have gone so far.

The not guilty pleas

Actress Lori Loughlin, front, and husband, clothing designer Mossimo Giannulli, left, have both pleaded not guilty to two conspiracy charges in the admissions scam.
These 17 parents were charged by indictment with conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud and honest services mail and wire fraud, as well as money laundering conspiracy. They have entered not guilty pleas.

The guilty pleas

Actress Felicity Huffman is one of 13 parents who have pleaded guilty to charges in a nationwide college admissions scam.
These 12 parents were charged by information with one count of conspiracy to commit mail fraud and honest services mail fraud. They have agreed to plead guilty pursuant to plea agreements.

12. Davina Isackson (charged by separate information along with her husband)
In addition, one parent was charged by information with one count of conspiracy to commit mail fraud and honest services mail fraud, as well as one count of money laundering conspiracy and one count of conspiracy to defraud the IRS. He has agreed to plead guilty.

One who hasn't pleaded yet

Finally, Toby MacFarlane was charged by complaint with conspiracy to commit mail fraud and honest services mail fraud and has not yet pleaded.
In a joint motion, prosecutors and MacFarlane requested a continuance of time and acknowledged they are "engaged in plea discussions and believe that Defendant will most likely plead guilty pre-indictment."
They asked for an extension of time to indict until April 25 to allow the parties to meet and negotiate a potential resolution.
